Ann M. VanSteenbergh, Property Analyst

Ann has been with Oxford Development Company since 1985.  She is responsible for the review of all leases and the preparation of monthly rent reports on all operating and management property.  Ann personally handles the billing, collection and reporting of all leasing commissions (both in house and third party).

Acting as a liaison for the brokerage department, she provides pertinent information to the accounting, property management and development departments.
