Christopher W. Koch

Mr. Koch has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience focusing primarily on landlord representation for  institutional ownership. As leasing manager for Foster Plaza, a one million square foot Class A office park, Mr. Koch has consistently maintained occupancy levels above competitive market sets.

In the past six years, Mr. Koch has closed over 160 lease transactions encompassing more than 1.3 million square feet of expansions, renewals and new leases. He has been responsible for marketing several high profile buildings such as, Chatham Center, The Koppers Building, Centre City Tower, 5700 Corporate Drive and 30 North Third in Downtown Harrisburg. Tenant representation clients have included companies such as Electronic Data Systems, Smith Kline, etropolitan Life Insurance, and Dole Fresh Fruits.

A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Chris holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems with a minor in Finance. Chris is also an associate broker in the state of Pennsylvania and has been "Broker of Record" for a prior employer.

Mr. Koch has extensive experience in representing primarily institutional ownership giving him keen insight regarding the marketing of assets, increasing value and has enabled him to cultivate positive relationships with the co-brokerage community.
