Joseph F. Tosi

Joseph Tosi joined GVA Oxford in July 2006 as an Associate within the Brokerage Services Group. His responsibilities include Leasing and Disposition Services and Tenant/Buyer Representation. Within these service lines, Mr. Tosi specializes in office and industrial real estate transactions. Understanding each transaction is unique, Mr. Tosi prides himself on adapting services to meet each of his clients’ needs. Prior to joining GVA Oxford, Mr. Tosi was an Associate for two years with Aegis Realty Partners. 

Mr. Tosi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Tosi sits on the Board of the local Young Real Estate Professional (YREP) Chapter, is a member of the Airport Area Chamber of Commerce, and is currently pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Management) designation.

Selected Project Experience
In 2007, Mr. Tosi completed a challenging assignment as the Buyer Representative for Pioneer Supply Company on their purchase of a $2.2 million distribution center. Mr. Tosi created a Comparative Analysis of existing buildings and new construction, evaluated current market conditions, located a facility which met Pioneer Supply Company’s need and negotiated a sales agreement. Mr. Tosi helped facilitate Pioneer Supply Company’s ability to make the most informed decision for their real estate needs.
