Arthur J. DiDonato

As Senior Vice President, Retail Brokerage, Art DiDonato is responsible for retail leasing of Oxford’s portfolio and oversees expansion of the company’s retail landlord and tenant representation client base, and facilitates retail sale transactions.

Art has been with Oxford Realty Services since 1988 and has participated and closed over 1,500 transactions, with values exceeding $1B, and 12,000,000 square feet of space.

Art earned a BSBA from Robert Morris College and an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, he has completed all courses in pursuit of the CCIM designation through the National Association of Realtors and the Associate Broker License in the State of Pennsylvania.
