Spencer L. Baker

As an Associate with Oxford Realty Services, Inc., Spencer supports a wide range of clients through leasing and sales, market analysis, lease administration, and landlord and tenant representation services.

Prior to his work at Oxford, Spencer served as a Senior Lease Specialist for UPMC where he actively worked with real estate professionals and corporate leadership to identify opportunities and satisfy the occupancy needs for various user groups and business units.

Spencer has spent over 17 years in the Pittsburgh commercial real estate industry. He has a vast knowledge of lease administration in addition to his experience in the commercial real estate field.

Spencer is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania and earned his BS in Accounting from Robert Morris University.
